What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the timely execution of payments across multiple regions.
  • Helping ensure effective control over cash flows, with an understanding of different financial landscapes.
  • Assisting with the forecasting and tracking of payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate payment details of beneficiaries, ensuring tight controls and compliance.
  • Collaborating with operational teams in different countries to address treasury-related questions.

What we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in finance, treasury, or accounts payable).
  • Strong analytical skills with an eagerness to learn and grow in a global context.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle tasks with accuracy and precision.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • A hands-on attitude with a keen interest in the operational side of finance.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

These skills are not mandatory, but will help you stand out: 

  • Knowledge of payment processing or cash flow management.
  • Familiarity with financial systems or accounting software.
  • Fluency in French or German (a plus for working with international teams).
