
Recruitment Leader

This requires a clear understanding of the business, how teams function and the type of individual who will succeed in a hard-working, performance-driven environment.
This is where our Recruitment Leader makes an impact. You shape how hiring is approached across the business, connecting what teams need with the people who will perform in them. You anticipate demand, guide decisions with confidence and maintain clear, consistent standards.
You take ownership of quality, apply a high level of attention to detail and continuously look for ways to improve how we operate. You are driven to rethink how work gets done, using technology to create smarter, faster and more effective ways of operating without losing what makes the process human.
As our Recruitment Leader, you will:
- Enable recruitment across all divisions by equipping leaders with the systems, tools and structure to hire effectively.
- Partner with leaders to understand how their teams operate, where capability is needed and what good looks like.
- Anticipate hiring needs by connecting the dots and advising proactively.
- Act as the gatekeeper for hiring decisions, ensuring alignment to role, team and culture.
- Maintain oversight across all activity, driving accuracy, discipline and detail across systems and processes.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, Hireflix and Criteria Assessments to bring pace and structure, while keeping judgement and human connection at the centre.
- Ensure every candidate has a strong experience and leaves with a positive view of the business, regardless of outcome.
- Lead and develop a small recruitment team, driving clarity, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Challenge and push back where needed, ensuring decisions align with what the business requires.
