Marketing Projects & Traffic Coordinator

This role sits at the centre of that. It’s for someone who brings structure to moving parts, who naturally keeps track of what’s happening, what’s next, and where things could slow down. Someone who takes ownership of the detail, steps in early when things are unclear, and keeps momentum steady across the team.

You’ll be working across projects, timelines and stakeholders, making sure work is clearly defined, properly resourced, and delivered on time without compromising on quality. It requires someone who is organised, clear in their communication, comfortable working across multiple priorities, and able to keep things moving when plans shift.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate marketing projects from brief through to completion, ensuring timelines are clear and progress is tracked
• Manage the flow of work across the team, allocating resource based on priorities, workload and skillset
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure briefs are clear, complete and set up correctly from the start
• Maintain visibility across all active projects, identifying delays, bottlenecks or resource constraints early
• Keep teams aligned by coordinating check-ins, managing timelines, and ensuring clarity on priorities and deadlines
• Support planning by helping to forecast resource needs and track utilisation across the team
• Manage creative workflows, including scheduling, briefing sessions and progress check-ins
• Ensure concept, design and delivery timelines are consistently met
• Assist in coordinating freelancers or additional resource when required
• Maintain a structured and organised approach to how projects are tracked and delivered
