Admin Support

Our Admin Support role is an important part of keeping Jonsson Workwear Ballito organised and running smoothly. This role focuses on handling day‑to‑day administration, ensuring that store processes are accurate, up to date, and aligned to company standards. You will play a key part in supporting the Store Leader and the team with the essential behind‑the‑scenes tasks that help the store operate efficiently.

This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail‑focused and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will be required to:

• Support the Store Leader and team with all administrative and operational tasks.
• Take responsibility for daily store admin, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain store records, documentation and systems related to stock, cash handling, invoicing, customer queries and general compliance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the Store Leader, teammates and customers when needed.
• Follow up and follow through consistently to make sure tasks and customer queries are resolved properly.
