We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Store Leader for Jonsson Workwear Klerksdorp. As the dependable go-to for your team, you will lead daily operations, inspire those around you, and uphold our high standards of service and presentation. Your natural leadership, initiative, and ability to drive accountability will be key to the store’s ongoing success.

The Store Leader role requires someone with proven experience in leading teams, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You thrive under pressure, follow through on commitments, and take pride in elevating both your team and your store.

The ideal candidate for this essential role will be required to:

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations with precision and composure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Support, guide, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with your Regional Leader, your team, and your customers, building strong relationships at every level.
• Take initiative, delegate tasks, and drive accountability, ensuring that all responsibilities are fulfilled and customer queries are resolved promptly.
• Be the “go-to” leader—reliable, proactive, and always leading by example in both conduct and presentation.
• Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
