Industrial Engineering Leader

To continue optimising our production processes, we’re looking for a Industrial Engineering Leader to lead our manufacturing facilities’ Industrial Engineering team. In this role, you will apply your analytical skills and innovative thinking to streamline our production – ultimately, contributing to our promise of lasting quality, service excellence and faster delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and mentor a team of Industrial Engineers across multiple factories, fostering a performance-driven culture
• Monitor and analyse production data for continuous improvement
• Analyse and balance operations to meet production targets, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize workflows using standardised and lean manufacturing practices
• Ensure consistent application of engineering methodologies across sites by monitoring line performance, conducting time and motion studies, and enforcing adherence to SOPs for quality and output consistency
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to address operational challenges and support strategic initiatives

Skills and qualifications required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in time and motion study methods and process optimization
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED)
• Knowledge and practical application of IESD (Industrial Engineering Sewing Data) and GSD (General Sewing Data) for accurate work measurement and method improvement
• Excellent leadership and team development skills across multi-site operations
• Ability to balance production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals
• Competence in using industrial engineering software and production analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Additional qualifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Work Study, or Methods Engineering are an advantage.
