Garment Design Lead

To continue equipping our customers with the highest-performing solutions, we seek the creative brilliance of a design-obsessed Design Lead to drive innovation and ingenuity within our Product team. Your distinct perspective and commitment to engineered excellence are key in originating the superior workwear we’re renowned for.

As our Design Lead, you will draw on your expertise to conceptualise functional, forward-thinking designs, and ignite the same inspired thinking in your fellow creatives. Beyond your in-depth understanding of apparel design and your ideas that wow, applying your knowledge of various jobs, industries and working conditions is critical in creating innovative, functional and commercially successful garments.

The workwear visionary best suited to the Design Lead role will be required to:

• Infuse your passion for design excellence, upholding creativity, precision and innovation with every project.
• Provide strategic and insightful thinking that influences the direction and development of our workwear ranges.
• Conduct essential research to better understand customers’ specific needs and create solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate the inspiring and collaborative leadership skills that empower a high-performing design team.
• Consistently work in partnership with a range of teams across the business to uphold design intent, identify new opportunities and propose solutions.
• Exhibit the curiosity and determination to expand your knowledge and skills, to continually pioneer new garment innovations while enhancing our existing ranges.
