Retail Property Lead

Given the importance our spaces play in bringing our brand to life, we require a highly efficient, hands-on and meticulous Retail Property Lead to spearhead the management and expansion of our retail property portfolio.

As our Retail Property Lead, you’ll work closely with a diverse team, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to execute projects seamlessly. By identifying new development opportunities, you’ll play a key role in making our workwear ranges accessible to our customers, ultimately enabling them to excel in their professions.

The ideal Retail Property Lead will be required to:

• Identify, propose and secure new rental and development opportunities, negotiating terms that align with our strategic objectives.
• Oversee all leased properties within the Jonsson Workwear retail property portfolio, including lease negotiations and renewals.
• Apply the expertise required to skilfully navigate property negotiations and discussions.
• Manage store projects end-to-end, including the rollout of new stores and the refurbishment or relocation of existing sites.
• Lead every project phase—from store concept to store opening—acting as the key liaison for all stakeholders involved at every stage.
• Commit to regular travel required for on-site meetings, to ensure the successful execution of each project.
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure our exact design standards are upheld, and strict timelines are adhered to.
