To steer this vital function, Jonsson Workwear HQ is seeking a Forecasting Leader to drive our customer-focused culture to advance our operations to new levels. Your intentional leadership, strategic coordination, resilience in the face of challenges and collaborative approach will ensure that we can continue fulfilling our promise of reliability.

To fulfil the role as our new Forecasting Leader, you will be required to:            

• Display the leadership skills needed to inspire and empower a high-performing forecasting team.
• Oversee the effective management of the Jonsson Workwear product range, from product sign-off to distribution; and optimise finished goods stockholding levels.
• Apply your experience and insights to anticipate customers’ needs and purchasing potential.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to our Distribution Centre, our corporate customers and our stores.
• Foster consistent collaboration across all areas of our business to ensure effective product portfolio management.
• Continually review processes and implement corrective measures to drive performance.
• Encourage lateral thinking amongst teams to promote proactive problem-solving and an innovative mindset.
• Commit to continuous learning, seeking new insights and methods to improve your existing knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility, resilience and timely decision-making skills to navigate and adapt to challenges.
