Program Manager (Test Certification) eVTOL
The Program Manager works shoulder-to-shoulder with Functional Directors to ensure successful project management while proactively identifying cross-organizational issues and proposing and executing solutions to achieve our product safety, quality, schedule, cost, and human resources goals. This role comes with specific authority and responsibility to drive change from within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Company-wide Subject Matter Expert in Project Management:
- Develop company-/program-level integrated plan and set clear goals and schedules.
- Manage projects from a holistic perspective, balancing safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Select, implement, and manage the best project management tools for tracking progress and managing resources.
Lead Project Monitoring & Reporting for Functional Department(s):
- Lead project managers to provide regular, clear reports to stakeholders and the management team on project status, (progress, critical paths, risks and issues, etc.).
- Integrate information from all groups to visualize and optimize overall program status and mitigate issues to keep things on track.
- Own the authority and responsibility to prioritize tasks and issues according to company and program needs.
- Identify unassigned issues between groups and ensure all tasks have an owner.
Drive Company-wide Process Improvement:
- Develop standard processes and templates to promote and implement project management best practices.
- Manage governance meetings to ensure discussions are productive and that all decisions and action items are clearly documented.
Lead and coach Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead project managers to ensure cross-functional cooperation and alignment.
- Act as a central communication hub, supporting group managers and facilitating consensus building.
- Ensure effective cross-group collaboration, coordinate and support issue resolution, and keep everyone aligned and moving toward our collective goals.

- Probationary period: 3~6 month
Place of Employment
- Nagoya Airport Office: Nagoya Airport Terminal Building 2nd floor, Toyoba, Toyoyama-Cho, Nishikasugai, Aichi Prefecture
- Measures to Prevent Secondhand Smoke: Smoking Room Provided
- Scope of Change: Places determined by the Company (including places where telework is performed)
Working Hours
- Flextime or Discretionary labor system
- In the case of flextime: No core time
- Discretionary Labor System: Specialized Class Deemed working hours per day: 10 hours
- Basic working hours: Start 9:00 End 18:00(Including 1hour break time)
- Overtime Work: Available
Holidays
- 115 days off per year(Saturday / Sundays / Newyear holidays(12/29~1/3) / Company designated holidays)
- Annual paid leave
- Refresh leave (Granted after 1, 3, 4, 5 years of service)
Salary
- Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 10,000,000- JPY 16,000,000
