JOB SUMMARY
As our full-time Global Senior People Engagement & Retention Associate, you own how JOE & THE JUICE listens to its people. You run our quarterly pulse surveys and annual engagement survey, own our onboarding and exit surveys, and turn honest, anonymous feedback into insight our leaders can actually act on. You are the owner of our Peakon platform, using real-time feedback to shape how we develop and retain Juicers across every market. This is a role for someone data-driven and ambitious who believes employee listening is one of the most powerful leadership tools we have. Do it well, and your work will land everywhere from HQ to the bar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and run our quarterly pulse surveys and annual engagement survey, driving valid participation across all markets
- Own and continuously improve our onboarding and exit surveys, capturing honest insight at the moments that matter
- Analyze survey data to spot patterns, flag attrition risks, and turn numbers into clear, people-centric actions
- Deliver structured, data-based feedback that equips leaders to own engagement within their own teams
- Build and present engagement reports tailored to the audience, from in-store operational leaders to HQ managers
- Own our Peakon environment: user access, permissions, organizational segments, HRIS integration, and survey cadence
- Coach people leaders on reading their dashboards and turning low-scoring drivers into real action plans
- Champion our anonymity rules so every Juicer feels safe giving honest feedback
- Partner with People & Development and People Business Partners to link engagement data to development, culture, and retention

- You care about doing things properly, but you know how to move quickly when it counts
- You believe employee listening is one of the most powerful leadership tools there is
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A background in a leadership or people-facing role within JOE & THE JUICE
- Comfort working with data and genuine curiosity about what it is telling you
- Exposure to survey insights or people analytics is a plus, but not required. We will train you on our tools
- Clear communication that translates data into meaningful insight for very different audiences
- Strong time management and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and following through
- A meticulous, structured approach and a real commitment to data accuracy and quality
- A genuine passion for employee experience and for making JOE an exceptional place to work
- Self-motivation and comfort collaborating across multiple markets and business functions
