YOUR MISSION

House 11 is our first full-scope concept store, an elevated space built on product innovation, design, and hospitality that goes beyond anything we've done before. We're looking for a Store Manager to lead it.

This is your chance to set the standard for what a JOE store can be. You'll own the daily operation, lead a team that delivers best-in-class guest experiences, and turn regular guests into loyal ones. This is a role for someone who leads with our virtues, motivates through genuine engagement, and takes real pride in the details that make a guest experience memorable.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead your team in line with our company virtues, building a culture people want to be part of
• Recruit, onboard, and develop your team — building a strong pipeline of future talent
• Drive employee engagement through coaching, feedback, and in-store training, aiming above benchmark
• Own the guest experience end-to-end, building strong local guest relations and hospitality excellence across your team
• Keep operations running smoothly — hygiene, safety, and quality standards upheld every single day
• Build the shift plan around seasonality, local events, and store traffic, while staying compliant with contracts and agreements
• Take full ownership of stock handling, keeping waste within target
• Own your store's performance — sales targets and EBITDA

 

WHO YOU ARE

You lead with warmth and consistency, and your team feels it. You care deeply about the guest experience and about the people delivering it, because you know the two are connected. You're hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable owning the numbers and the culture.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in F&B or hospitality, as a Store Manager, Area Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar
• Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports
• Solid operational track record across inventory, compliance, and day-to-day execution
• Ideally, experience with concept stores or premium service environments
• Hospitality or management education is a plus
