Your Mission
Join our CRM team as a CRM Intern and help keep our platforms clean, our processes documented, and our campaigns running smoothly. Over 3 months full-time, you will work hands-on with tools like Braze, TalonOne, and Amplitude — supporting everything from platform hygiene to retention campaign execution. Based at our Global HQ in Copenhagen, you will work closely with the Junior CRM Associate and our broader Digital Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and clean up CRM platforms — ensuring data integrity, naming conventions, and platform architecture are consistent across Braze, TalonOne, and Amplitude
- Create and maintain CRM process documentation including campaign templates, journey maps, platform guides, and SOPs
- Support the setup, QA, and launch of ad hoc CRM campaigns across multiple channels
- Contribute to retention campaigns with content creation across Email, Push, Content Cards, and In-App Messages
- Collaborate with Data, Loyalty, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns and documentation reflect the latest platform standards
Who You Are
You are structured, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things properly. You spot inconsistencies others miss, document things clearly, and follow through without being chased. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment and genuinely curious about how CRM and digital marketing work behind the scenes.
What You'll Bring
- Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Available for a 3-month full-time internship over the summer
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to spotting gaps and improvements
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms — prior CRM or Braze experience is a plus
- Clear and concise communicator in English, written and verbal
- Organised, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
