Your Mission

Support the engine behind how JOE grows. As our Marketing Operations & GTM Intern, you will join us for a 3-month summer internship 15 hours a week and help coordinate global store openings and build the systems, templates, and reporting that make scaling possible. This is a hands-on role where your output is tangible. You will leave a real mark on how we work in JOE.

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination and tracking of global store openings
• maintaining timelines, milestone logs, and launch toolkits
• Assist with post-opening reporting by collating performance data, surfacing learnings, and flagging patterns
• Build and maintain standardised templates for GTM briefs, launch plans, campaign trackers, and post-mortems
• Prepare concise status updates and maintain project trackers for internal stakeholders
• Document existing workflows into clear, repeatable playbooks and contribute to a shared resource library
• Identify where manual processes can be systematised and help build the frameworks to replace them

Who You Are

You create structure wherever you go and you maintain it. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You can distill complexity into summaries others can act on and you take pride in building things that actually last.

What You'll Bring

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Available for a 3-month period over the summer at our HQ in Copenhagen, working 2 days a week (15 hours)
• Strong in Excel and PowerPoint — comfortable building trackers and templates from scratch
• Clear and concise communicator, written and verbal
• Interest in consumer brands, retail, or QSR is a plus
