Your Mission 

The Labour Management Associate supports labour analytics and workforce planning across JOE and THE JUICE. The role assists in reporting and maintaining labour tools that help inform scheduling and productivity decisions. The role works closely with the Senior Labour Management Associate and the Head of Ops Analytics and LabourManagement to ensure accurate and up-to-date labour data across stores and markets. The role helps deliver and act on clear insights that drive labour efficiency, cost control and operational excellence across markets. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in labour forecasting, scheduling efficiency and productivity analysis across global markets. 
  • Maintain and update labour reporting tools, dashboards and datasets under guidance. 
  • Ensure accuracy of labour data across systems and reporting platforms. 
  • Produce regular reports on labour allocation, performance trends and effective scheduling. 
  • Support store performance dashboard updates and labour-related scorecard maintenance. 
  • Coordinate with regional teams to gather labour data and flag discrepancies or issues. 
  • Assist with data preparation for labour impact assessments related to new products or operational changes. 
  • Support cross-functional projects related to labour optimization with defined tasks and clear scope. 
  • Track and report on key labour metrics including Salary percent and labour forecast accuracy. 
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Senior Associate and Head of Ops Analytics and Labour Management. 
  • Support regions in effective Labour Management, reaching financial and operational targets.
