🌍 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a high-energy team of Franchise International Trainers with strong brand understanding and a passion for leading by example and a growth mindset.

As an International Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful market opening by delivering training both in a campus setting and in-store throughout the opening phase.

This is your chance to help shape the foundation of JOE & THE JUICE from day one.

🚀 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the launch team, you will:

✅ Deliver training on all Juicer Modules in both campus and store environments
✅ Embed JOE’s cultural values and energy into every new team member
✅ Ensure alignment with J&TJ SOPs and brand standards
✅ Support and implement the E-Campus training platforms (Attensi, materials, new content)
✅ Lead by example while working shifts during the opening period
✅ Report directly to the Expansion Project Lead in the market

You will be one of the key drivers of bringing the JOE culture to life in our new Markets.

⭐ KEY QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates with:

• Campus or training experience
• Shift Supervisor / Shift Manager experience (or above)
• Strong communication skills
• A growth mindset
• Deep brand knowledge and the ability to inspire others
• A motivating leadership style with full alignment to company virtues
