As part of our global expansion, we are offering an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals to work abroad in Athens, Greece. This project provides a chance to become an integral part of the new market opening and early-stage operational growth while working with an international support team. We are seeking a dynamic team of International Trainers with fundamental brand understanding to lead by example when it comes to J&TJ SOP's and E-campus knowledge. The Campus trainer position will be able to train both within a campus environment and also perform within a store throughout the market opening phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a team of Franchise International Trainers to deliver training on all Juicer Modules both within a campus setting and a store environment. This includes instilling the brand's cultural values and ensuring that new employees understand and embrace JOE & THE JUICE’s ethos. As a Campus Trainer, you will play a key role in introducing the JOE culture to the market and ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards. The campus trainer will also be leading by example while on shift throughout the market opening phase.

• Conduct training sessions for local employees on all Juicer Modules
• Provide cultural training to foster the JOE & THE JUICE experience
• Implement the E-Campus training platform, Attensi and add new materials
• This role will report to the Expansion project lead in the market.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should have Campus or Training experience. We are looking for candidates who have Shift Supervisor or Shift Manager experience and above.

*Strong communication, brand knowledge with the ability to inspire those around them while ensuring alignment with company values and operational goals.

THE PROCESS

We are looking for candidates to start the project on March 23rd 2026 (Date is currently tentative and may move slightly). Project length is 6 months.
