Job Description
Position title: Human Resources Manager
Reports to: Market Manager France & Head of People Mid Europe as well as Head of HR Mid Europe
Your mission
As HR Manager in France, you will be partly responsible for the recruitment, engagement, and development of our close to 400 passionate juicers across our soon to be 20 stores (and currently expanding). You will be the primary point of contact between management and our teams. You will report directly to our Market Manager for France, based in Paris, and to our Mid-EU Head of People and Head of HR, based at our headquarters in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
Key Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list)
Recruitment
- Monitoring recruitment needs
- Conducting recruitment processes (sourcing, candidate selection)
- Declarations to social security organizations + Drafting employment contracts
Onboarding of juicers
- Supporting managers for better integration
- Monitoring probationary periods
Lifecycle Management
- Managing administrative tasks and personnel files
- Managing various sick leaves
- Preparing payroll information
- Addressing questions from recruiters and supporting their development by monitoring training plans
- Managing disciplinary matters (from sanctions to dismissal)
- Managing the full offboarding process
Miscellaneous Projects
- HR Handbook
- Supporting the Works Council (CSE)
- Monitoring performance and compliance indicators
- Developing dashboards
