We’re on an exciting growth journey across the Mid-Europe Market, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be one of our key players in our office in Paris. This is more than just hiring – it’s about building the dream team that will take us to the next level.

You’ll be working hand in hand with our Head of People and local leaders to make sure we bring in the right people, with the right skills, at the right time.

 

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

  • Create killer recruitment strategies – Think creatively and execute bold recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for management-level roles. You’ll make sure everything aligns with our company’s growth goals and unique culture.
  • Build a strong employer brand – Make us shine as an employer of choice in the fast-casual dining world. Through social media, campaigns, and storytelling, you’ll help position us as the place to be.
  • Grow our talent pipeline – Keep our bench warm! Maintain strong relationships with industry associations and communities to ensure a steady stream of qualified talent.
  • Stay on top of compensation trends – Analyze salary structures, benchmark like a pro, and make smart recommendations so we stay competitive (and fair).
  • Be data-driven – Use recruitment analytics to track what’s working (and what’s not), spot trends, and continuously level up our process and results.
  • Innovate sourcing – Tech-savvy? Great. Use creative sourcing tools and approaches – from job fairs to referral programs – to expand our reach and find hidden gems.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition (bonus points if it's in hospitality, restaurant, or retail), with a strong track record of hiring across different role types.
  • A strategic mindset – you know how to build recruitment plans that align with business needs and evolve with the market.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, spoken, and persuasive. You’re just as comfortable talking to a candidate as you are presenting to leadership.
  • You’re a tech whiz – proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment tools, and social media platforms.
  • You love data – you analyze recruitment metrics, make data-backed decisions, and show how hiring impacts the bottom line.
  • Networking pro – you build and nurture relationships that help you find the best talent out there.
  • Project management master – you juggle multiple recruitment projects like a boss, stay organized, and always deliver on time.
