Global Leadership Training Lead

Copenhagen

WHY WORK AT JOE & THE JUICE

JOE & THE JUICE is a people-centric food and beverage company built around culture, offering much more than just juice, sandwiches, and coffee.

We believe in four simple virtues that shape everything we do:

  • Positive Attitude
  • Inclusion
  • Social Ties
  • Growth

For us, this means that when you choose a cup-half-full mindset, welcome people from every background, build real friendships across the bar by creating great guest experiences, and use every shift as a chance to learn something new, you become more than just a Juicer; like us, you continue to search and find purpose and meaning in what you do.

From your first day, you'll be part of an international network of Juicers who support each other, celebrate wins together, and push each other to grow. You will learn by doing and move through our Moneyball career path, our internal system that tracks your performance and fast-tracks you toward promotion. Most of our leaders have earned their stripes behind the bar (fun fact: over 75% of our employees started as Juicers!), so you will always be part of a company built on that same journey. If you love a fast-paced environment, music, and people, and you like the idea of turning a job into a lifestyle, JOE can become a place to build skills, friendships, and a career that takes you across cities, countries, and roles.

JOB SUMMARY

The Global Leadership Training Lead is responsible for owning the company's leadership and talent training standard, ensuring that people at every career step are equipped with the skills and mind-set for their role. The role owns the leadership curriculum, including the JOE’s leadership development program(s), coaching and feedback modules and team development tools, facilitates Train-the trainer programs, and partners with Operations, Culture and regional T&LD to embed leadership training across operational and office-based career paths. As part of the Talent & Leadership Development team within People & Development, this position shapes how the company builds leaders at scale, supporting the company's purpose and growth ambitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the leadership training curriculum and set the standard for how leadership is trained at every career step, for operational and office-based roles.
  • Develop and own the company's leadership development program(s), scaling them from pilot to company-wide availability at speed.
  • Shape the leadership training content standard within the operational training journey together with Operations, ensuring leadership training is consistent from store to office.
  • Develop and own coaching and feedback modules and a team development toolbox that become the common leadership toolkit across the organization.
  • Ensure training is anchored in the talent development process, leadership standards and the competency framework, applying an approach of growth assignments, coaching by leaders and formal training.
  • Facilitate selected leadership programs, especially pilots and new launches, and own and facilitate the train-the-trainer certification for People Business Partners and regional T&LD, ensuring consistent delivery quality across regions.
  • Develop content and facilitator materials, aligned with Operations training and Culture on the shared learning platform.
  • Define how training impact is measured, linking participation and feedback to talent and performance outcomes, and use insight to guide decisions on the learning portfolio.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Passionate about leadership. A standard-setter who works with high autonomy, setting the bar for how we build leaders
  • A builder who creates a pilot and take it to company-wide availability at speed
  • A facilitator who energises a room, from a bar back room to the office meeting room
  • Operationally credible: you know what a busy shift and running a store demands of a leader and design training that fits it
  • A partner who cooperates and influences across Operations, Culture, People Business Partners and regional T&LD without needing authority
  • Curious and data-led: you want proof that training changes behaviour and results

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 7+ years in leadership development, L&D or talent roles, ideally in global multi-site quick service restaurant, retail or similar front line heavy industry
  • Proven track record designing and delivering content and facilitator materials, incl. blended or digital learning for leadership programmes, including coaching and feedback modules
  • Hands-on facilitation experience, ideally with train-the-trainer or certification programmes
  • Experience measuring training impact and linking it to performance outcomes
  • Leadership experience and/or relevant education
  • Fluent in English - other languages are a bonus
