JOB SUMMARY

As Social Media Part Time, you'll help bring JOE & THE JUICE to life across social media, community activations and creative campaigns. You'll be based at our Global HQ in Copenhagen as part of the Brand Marketing team, close to the work that shapes how guests experience the brand before they ever walk up to the bar. This is an entry-level role built for learning by doing: you'll pick up the ins and outs of marketing, storytelling and brand communication by being hands-on with them every day. Success looks like content that sounds unmistakably like JOE, a community that feels seen, and campaigns that land on time and on brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Brand Marketing team with daily operations and coordination tasks
• Assist with social media management, from scheduling posts to organizing assets
• Create and edit short-form content, visuals and copy in the JOE brand tone
• Monitor and engage with our followers across platforms, keeping the tone sharp and on brand
• Help plan and execute community activations, local campaigns and events
• Contribute ideas for new content formats, brand moments and digital storytelling
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and the wider Marketing team

You're genuinely into social media, culture and lifestyle branding, and you tend to spot what's working online before anyone briefs you on it. You bring creativity, attention to detail and initiative to every task, and you'd rather try, ask and learn than wait to be told. You're organized, you communicate clearly, and you keep the brand consistent even when the pace picks up. Above all, you're proactive, flexible and ready to learn, with the kind of cup-half-full energy that lifts the people around you.
