YOUR MISSION

As Student Assistant in our Sustainability team, you help make our sustainability progress visible, understandable, and genuinely useful across JOE & THE JUICE. You will keep our internal storytelling sharp and current, and act as the bridge between the Juicers behind the bar and the team shaping our sustainability agenda. That means listening to the Juicer community, bringing honest insight back to the table, and turning complex topics into something everyone can understand and act on. It is a hands-on role in a fast-growing company where your ideas count from your first week, and where you get a real look at how a global brand builds its sustainability agenda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update and maintain our Sustainability Universe app, keeping progress clear and current.
• Support internal storytelling that makes our sustainability progress visible across the organization.
• Act as a bridge to our Juicers, gathering their perspectives and insights.
• Translate Juicer feedback into actual input the team can act on.
• Support the team with day-to-day creative and content tasks tied to sustainability projects.
  
  

WHO YOU ARE

You are organized, reliable, and just as comfortable with creative tasks as you are with operational ones. You are naturally curious about sustainability, you enjoy talking to people, and you know how to ask for honest feedback and actually listen to it. You take initiative, you follow through, and you care about making complex topics easy to understand. You like a workplace with a positive energy and a flat hierarchy, where speaking up is expected rather than tolerated.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in your first two years of study
• Available 15–20 hours per week at our Global HQ in central Copenhagen
• Studying Finance, Business, or Communications is preferred, but not required
• Interest in sustainability, communications, and creative content
• Comfortable talking to people and gathering honest feedback
• Organized and reliable, and happy working across both creative and operational tasks
• Professional English; Danish is a plus
• Experience with content tools, apps, or internal communications is a plus
• Prior customer-facing or retail experience is a plus
