YOUR MISSION

Join our Order to Cash (OTC) team for the second half of 2026 and play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and accurately. You'll take ownership of essential day-to-day tasks across our revenue streams and their reconciliation, contributing directly to a finance operation in motion — one we're actively upgrading and automating. Depending on workload and timing, you'll also get the chance to support exciting departmental initiatives like system testing and master data setup. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and a real opportunity to learn by doing in an international finance environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the registration of store and 3rd-party turnover and its reconciliation
• Handle the daily Turnover inbox to landlords and communicate with customers and partners in a service-oriented way
• Assist with customer onboarding and the daily capture and coding of sales transactions
• Support the reconciliation of customer accounts for accuracy and timely follow-up
• Help ensure accurate master data and prepare for upcoming project initiatives
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Finance Shared Services to keep daily operations efficient

You take ownership of your tasks, you're accurate under pressure, and you're eager to contribute to a professional finance environment from day one.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a must)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
