Your Mission 

As Senior Global Recruiter, you will play a key role in strengthening the recruitment process at our HQ in Denmark by partnering closely with our HQ leaders to attract and secure the talent that will move JOE into its next phase of growth. You will together with the TA Manager be responsible for building a strong recruitment process that will ensure our managers have the right processes, tools and talent pipelines in place to hire the best people at the right time and support the continued development of JOE globally.


Key Responsibilities
 

  • End to end recruitment ownership: Drive and own the full recruitment process for all HQ roles in Denmark, ensuring structure, momentum and high quality outcomes from role kick off to offer acceptance, using Greenhouse as the core recruitment platform.

  • Hiring Manager partnership: Act as the primary recruitment partner for HQ hiring managers by translating business needs into a clear and manageable hiring process that makes it easy to hire well.

  • Process and guidance: Provide clear frameworks, timelines and decision support throughout the recruitment journey, supported by consistent workflows and visibility in Greenhouse.

  • Process management: Actively manage recruitment processes in Greenhouse to ensure timely progress, stakeholder alignment and a strong, consistent candidate experience.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key HQ roles, leveraging Greenhouse to support both immediate hiring needs and future organisational growth.

  • Recruitment Strategy Execution: Partner closely with the TA Manager to strengthen and scale HQ recruitment processes, tools and ways of working, ensuring effective use of Greenhouse across HQ hiring.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve recruitment processes with a strong focus on manager experience, efficiency and platform optimisation.

  • Support Employer Brand: Contributing to strengthening our employer brand and continuously improving our recruitment experience.

Who You Are 

You’re a recruitment veteran who thrives in chaos but loves to build order. You probably have a dashboard for everything and a "can-do" attitude that matches our pace. 
 
What you’ll bring:  

  • Experience: Around 3+ years in recruitment/Talent Acquisition, and deep understanding of recruitment process in a Global environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of Greenhouse (or similar Tier-1 ATS). You love a good automation. 
  • Analytical: You are comfortable working with recruitment data and reports, and can spot patterns that help improve planning and decision making.
  • Team Player: You are a team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • Mindset: High urgency, high empathy, and zero ego. You’re ready to get your hands dirty while thinking 12 months ahead.
