About the role

As a Prep Associate at Copenhagen Airport, you are responsible for ensuring that our airport stores are consistently stocked with properly prepared goods, in the right condition and at the right time. Together with the Prep Manager, you take ownership of the prep kitchen, ensuring it is well-organized, clean, and running efficiently.

You will work closely with the Prep Manager and Store Managers, maintaining a daily dialogue to plan production levels and ensure that stores never run out of prepped items. Our stores at CPH Airport operate in a fast-growing and high-demand environment, requiring you to be flexible, adaptable, and open to continuous improvements in your daily work.

This is a hands-on, operational role where you are responsible for both planning and execution. You are expected to lead by example, maintain structure, and contribute to a sustainable and reliable operation across the airport stores.

The position is full-time and based at our Copenhagen Airport facility, typically within the 08:00–16:00 timeframe. The schedule runs Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.

 

Key responsibilities

• Daily communication with significant managers
• Maintenance of prep equipment
• Ensure the highest quality of prepped goods in regard to Joe & The Juice standards
• Secure correct amounts of fresh goods every day.
• Responsibility for correct storage of goods, ensuring health standards.
• Ownership over prepped goods waste control. 
• Cleaning and securing our prep areas meets hygiene standards and health codes. 

 

What we are looking for

• Experience working in a kitchen, stockroom or similar operational environment
• Strong sense of structure – you like things to have their place and follow a system.
• Experience with prepping goods, cleaning and daily routines.
• Proactive and solution-oriented – you spot problems early and follow through until they are solved.
• Reliable and consistent – you show up, follow routines and take ownership of your area.
• A team player which wants to be a part of a fast-growing operation.
