About the role

As Warehouse Associate at Copenhagen Airport, you are responsible for making sure our airport stores always have the right products, in the right condition, at the right time. Together with the Warehouse Manager do you own the stockroom, cooler and freezer areas and ensure they are structured, clean and running efficiently.

You will work closely with our Warehouse Manager, and Store Managers. You will also be in regular contact with the airport restock team and local CPH Airport management. The role is full-time and based at our Copenhagen Airport facility, typically within the 08:00–16:00 timeframe, Monday to Sunday.

This is a hands-on, operational role where you are both planning and doing. You are expected to lead by example, maintain structure and support a sustainable and reliable operation for the airport stores.

 

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily warehouse and stock operation for Joe & The Juice at Copenhagen Airport

• Communicate with the supply chain team regarding deliveries, quality issues and order needs

• Receive and handle credit notes and claims for products that do not meet quality standards

• Ensure clear and consistent structure of all goods in the stockroom, cooler and freezer

• Secure weekly cleaning and maintenance of stockroom, cooler and freezer areas

• Place and adjust orders based on ideal stock levels and store needs

• Act as point of contact for the airport restock team and local CPH Airport management

• Train, guide and motivate the restock team to follow routines and standards

• Support ongoing optimization of stock handling, waste levels and product availability for the airport stores

 

What we are looking for

• Experience working in a warehouse, stockroom, logistics or similar operational environment

• Strong sense of structure and organisation – you like things to have their place and follow a system

• Experience with deliveries, inventory, stock counts and ordering

• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments and doing physical work (lifting, moving goods, walking)

• Experience coordinating or leading a small team is an advantage

• Clear and direct communicator who can work with different stakeholders (supply chain, managers, airport partners)

• Proactive and solution-oriented – you spot problems early and follow through until they are solved

• Reliable and consistent – you show up, follow routines and take ownership of your area
