Are you detail-oriented with a flair for numbers and a strong desire to learn? Join our dynamic Accounts Payable (AP) team at Joe & The Juice for the remainder of 2026 and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

We are offering a temporary full-time position within our AP department, where you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring high standards of financial accuracy and integrity.

By taking ownership of essential operational tasks — such as managing our finance inbox and processing invoices — you will contribute directly to keeping our daily workflows running smoothly and efficiently. Depending on workload and timing, you may also have the opportunity to support exciting departmental initiatives, including system testing activities and master data setup.

This is a full-time position running from now until January 29th, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily handling of our finance shared inbox and engage in external communication with suppliers and partners in a strong service-oriented manner
• Assist with vendor onboarding and the daily processing of invoice capture and coding
• Support the reconciliation of vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and time follow-up
• Help ensure accurate master data and support preparations for upcoming project initiatives
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Finance Shared Services to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks and cross-functional support within Shared Services as needed

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable
• Fluency in English is required – additional languages are a plus
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional finance environment
