Senior C&B Specialist/Partner

We are looking for a Senior C&B Specialist to join our global Compensation & Benefits team. This is a key individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and brings both analytical depth and business acumen to the table.
You will play a central role in shaping and developing our compensation and benefits plans globally. You will shape and develop our global compensation and benefits plans. Working closely with People Operations, Team Partners, Finance, and People Leaders, you will build processes and policies from the ground up, bringing clear structure to complex challenges and driving meaningful change.
As part of our team, you will:
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new compensation policies and processes, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Conduct and lead participation in external market surveys and perform benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive positioning aligned with our pay philosophy and global frameworks.
- Provide structured salary recommendations supported by data and internal equity analysis.
- Maintain and develop salary structures, pay bands, and incentive plan frameworks.
- Support STI and compensation review processes.
- Ensure reward programs comply with local regulations and internal governance standards across markets.
- Perform cost modeling and scenario analysis for annual merit cycles, incentive plans, and structural changes.
- Participate in pay transparency implementation and analyze trends in pay equity, reward competitiveness, and program effectiveness.
- Develop the structures and metrics for compensation and benefits dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
- Lead and manage global grading projects, including the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of job architecture and grading frameworks.
- Conduct job evaluations using recognized methodologies and maintain consistent grading standards across the organization.
- Build scalable grading processes and clear documentation to support business growth and organizational change.
- Develop and deliver training, tools, and communications to managers and employees on the grading structure and possible changes to it.
- Act as a trusted advisor to team leaders and employees on compensation decisions and reward frameworks, presenting and selling ideas to upper management with confidence.
- Respond to complex compensation queries with structured, data-backed guidance.
- Negotiate with vendors and external partners on reward-related services.
- Participate in C&B and HR projects and initiatives linked to rewards and support the organization with any reward-related issues.
We’d love to have you on our team if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, or analytical HR/Finance roles.
- Proven experience working with grading structures, good knowledge of different grading methodologies, and experience building or redesigning job architecture frameworks.
- A solid understanding of compensation fundamentals, including benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plan administration.
- The proven ability to create new processes and policies in ambiguous, fast-changing environments – you build structure where none exists.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience in financial modeling and interpreting large datasets.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills – you can distill complex compensation topics into clear narratives and persuade senior stakeholders.
- Comfort negotiating with vendors, external suppliers, and internal business partners.
- A high degree of ownership and the ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- An appetite for speed and urgency without compromising attention to detail and accuracy.
- Logical, structured thinking with a natural inclination to quantify decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
