Project manager (Operations)

We are currently seeking a proactive, highly communicative Project Manager to support a wide range of operational projects throughout the company. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all projects and ongoing tasks are well-structured, clearly communicated, and aligned with business priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a key facilitator between developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Maintain transparency on timelines, challenges, and deliverables.
- Ensure all team members remain informed and aligned throughout the project life cycle.
- Gather and clarify requirements, ensuring documentation is clear and structured.
- Proactively identify and address risks and bottlenecks.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
- A solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Proven experience in project management, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience in requirement gathering and writing clear, structured documentation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
What to expect during onboarding:
We operate in a complex business domain, so we’ll make sure you have ample time to acclimate. You’ll be supported by a mentor and the entire team as you:
- Gain a basic understanding of our business domain.
- Familiarize yourself with our development processes.
- Identify key stakeholders and communication channels.
You’ll initially manage a project with guidance from your mentor and teammates. Upon successful completion, you’ll progress to managing entire projects independently.
What you should be prepared for:
- A complex business domain: Our work spans a wide range of corporate and operational teams across the company. You may encounter diverse challenges depending on the project or program you’re supporting.
- Extensive communication: You’ll regularly interact with various corporate and operational teams as well as product, developers, QA staff, sales and customer success personnel. Effective communication is crucial for gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring alignment across different stakeholders.
