Senior Product Manager (AI, Billing and Monetization)

JetBrains provides a wide selection of both first- and third-party AI tools to its customers through its IDEs and other surfaces (e.g. VS Code extension). We are now working on cloud-enabled technology to enable hybrid (human-agent) teams to collaborate effectively, using the full range of AI tools (including agents), while ensuring enterprises’ impact-per-cost is net positive. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of our billing system and monetization strategy for the AI business unit. This is a critical, high-impact role focused on building a seamless, scalable system that supports user growth and enterprise value.

Key responsibilities:

• Defining and driving the roadmap for billing and monetization.
• Deeply understanding business needs and setting and running pricing campaigns and experiments that support the roadmap and optimize for impact.
• Defining, communicating, and driving toward outcomes that align with the product vision and OKRs.
• Staying proactively aware of competitors and what is state-of-the-art in monetization strategies for AI.
• Working with central billing and payments, as well as sales enablement and revenue operations on the integrations to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales motion.
• Identifying and integrating third-party providers where necessary to augment our capabilities.
• Mentoring and participating in the broader JetBrains PM community.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and pursue key business opportunities (e.g. target markets, personas, and durable needs).
• Drive product vision, roadmap, and execution to achieve business outcomes.
• Set, socialize, and drive OKR completion.
• Collect, analyze, and action customer feedback to drive future improvements.
• Define, measure, and monitor product metrics to iterate toward user outcomes.
• Generate, prioritize, and test product hypotheses.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure products are launched, adopted, and used.

We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:

• Have at least five years of experience in Product Management, specifically working on billing, payments, and monetization systems.
• Are deeply technical and data-literate, with practical experience in building, launching, and optimizing billing infrastructure.
• Have first-hand experience in understanding user buying behaviours, setting and running monetization experiments, and driving trial-to-paid conversion with demonstrable business impact at scale.
• Are comfortable working in a highly technical and developer-focused domain.
• Are proficient in English with the comfort and ability to influence senior stakeholders up to CXOs.
