Activations Marketing Executive
The Activations Marketing Executive will be responsible for leading and executing strategic activation campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in planning and executing high-impact events and activations. This role demands a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences through activations and events. What You'll Be Doing: Finish
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement activation strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events, from large scale product launches to intimate VIP gatherings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, retail, 3PB.
- Partnerships, social and influencers teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.
- Budget Management:Manage budgets for activations and events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Vendor Management:Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and partners for event-related services.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of activations and events through post-event analysis, including ROI metrics and attendee feedback.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and establish healthy working relationships with the team and agencies.
- Share best practices within the market and with the wider EU marketing team and critically assess how activations can be applied/expanded.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of Retail Marketing and Management experience within apparel, sportswear or relevant lifestyle brands/retailers.
- Previous experience delivering integrated plans and campaigns.
- Geographically mobile.
- High level verbal and written English.
