Role overview:

We’re a team on a mission to ensure the three facias within size?group – size?, Foot Patrol and HIP are perfectly positioned within the retail market across all channels to drive commercial results. As social media lead your part is to inspire our audiences through the power of culture, community, and conversation. Creating and delivering a social and community strategy that continually drives engagement, interest, product education and timely inspiring content and conversation that keeps customers in the size? fold and encourages purchase.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing you’ll use your skills to define and execute the best Social Media practises across size? group social channels. This will include a data orientated approach combined with a creative mindset to optimise all organic, community, talent, and influencer lead content. You will work closely with Senior Management across the business to reach and engage consumers and grow our social media channels. You’ll need to possess a natural flair for the creation of engaging content, have superb attention to detail and maintain relationships with all major social media platforms to ensure continual innovation and improvement across all accounts.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and continually develop the annual social media strategies for size?group facias to align with the overall business goals and objectives, delivering a curated approach for each facia (size?, Footpatrol & HIP).
  • Continually develop and strategically analyze the social media channels and offering for size? group channels across Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Define and deliver on KPIs at pace in a collaborative and highly engaging manner.
  • Expert knowledge of all social media channels, community management, organic growth, and content creation, as well as the ability to address continually changing business and market conditions.
  • Be the go-to contact within size?group for all things social media related, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and departments to make sure all projects are seamlessly delivered, creating high quality, multi-channel integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, footfall, traffic, and conversion.
  • Develop strategies and campaign ideas that will improve content and channel performance to inspire purchase utilising influencers, talent, and community campaigns.
  • Set social media KPIs in line with wider marketing objectives and goals. Being willing to be flexible to adapt throughout the year.
  • Build close relationships with our client partners at social media platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Work closely with our Multichannel, Marketing and Studio team to ensure the delivery of best-in-class content across all social media platforms.
  • Drive community engagement to strengthen consumer connections and build loyalty through best-in-class community management, conversation, and content creation.
  • Oversee the continued development and training of the size?group social media teams and the education of the wider business around all things social media related.
  • Manage trade content and coverage in line with buying and merchandising product focuses ensuring alignment with brand focuses.
  • Responsible for governance and management of the size?group social media budget.
  • Develop a full paid social media strategy across size?group channels (non-performance).
  • Work closely with the size?group paid social and performance teams, taking a joined-up approach to campaign planning, reporting, and implementing learnings whilst driving shared best practice across organic and paid social.
  • Develop a close relationship with all major stakeholders and departments including Marketing, Talent, Multichannel, Studio, Analytics, CRM, Merch and Buying teams.
  • Continually keep the wider business updated on the progress of social media and present regular updates.
  • Ensure that all social media content complies with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the wider social media & marketing teams to ensure that size?group remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
  • Champion individual development and foster a team atmosphere.

Skills, experience, and knowledge required:

  • Management social media experience – with a particular focus on leading organic growth with a strong understanding of paid social and utilising this for organic channels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure performance with proven experience setting and tracking KPIs for social media campaigns, and reporting on performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with contract negotiations and on-boarding of new platforms at scale. Experience of managing large budgets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Creative mindset able to curate content and able to spark ideas surrounding the product we’re rooted in.
  • Strong management experience to develop a strong team environment and output.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • The ability to work in a fast-moving environment as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fair and confident when presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Hold a valid driving license and passport and be prepared to travel throughout the UK and internationally.
