Data & Insights Specialist

The Data & Insights Specialist supports our brand by leveraging data-driven intelligence to define, design, and deploy analytical frameworks that shape and measure campaign objectives, business goals, and communication strategies.

Working within the Retail Marketing team, you will proactively identify knowledge gaps by synthesizing complex datasets and designing research methodologies that bridge the gap between raw data and actionable strategy.

You act as an internal business consultant to a range of stakeholders, not just for the Retail Marketing department, and you are responsible for supporting our brand, retention & markets pillars, ensuring that every retail activation is backed by solid consumer evidence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Lead in managing relationships with data providers and research agencies, ensuring a seamless integration between third-party research and internal behavioral data.
  • Ensure we are delivering "connected insights" by merging qualitative findings (shopper research) with quantitative performance metrics (sales, conversion, and traffic).
  • Support the development of research and data projects designed to build local marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop briefs that answer key business questions through occasion-based segmentation, predictive pricing analysis, and promotional ROI modeling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication teams to scale Global Activation Measurement, focusing on Online-to-Offline attribution and store traffic drivers.
  • Analize user behavior data to shape the future development of retention programs.
  • Build global data toolkits and standardized research best practices to ensure scalable and consistent insights across Portugal and Spain markets.
  • Work along the Retail Marketing team to translate data into creative strategies. Be the expert who informs "the what" and "the why" behind consumer behavior.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • Good understanding of working with commercial analytics data and understanding business KPIs
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder networks.
  • C1 English
  • Availability to live in Madrid
  • At least 1 year with the Group

Global Mobility
