As store supervisor your main mission will be to support the Store Management in driving team performance and delivering an outstanding in-store experience. You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and making sure every customer leaves with a lasting impression!
Support target achievement: You'll help drive sales and contribute to the store's performance and profitability goals.
Customer Service excellence: You’ll ensure every customer receives to-level service, making them feel welcome and encouraging them to repeat visits.
Operations support: You’ll assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring processes and standards are consistently followed.
Visual Merchandising: You’ll help maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store always looks engaging and on-brand.
Develop your team: You’ll coach and support team members, helping them improve their skills and performance.
JD culture & standards: You’ll represent the JD/Size attitude and ensure the team reflects the brand's energy and style.
People support: You’ll assist with onboarding new team members and ensuring HR policies are followed.
Safety first: You’ll help ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.
Experience: Experience managing teams or at least 3 years of experience as Sales Assistant.
Team player mindset: Ability to motivate and support others.
Top communication skills: Confident verbal and written communication.
Tech skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a plus.

Global Mobility
