Project Management Officer (Agile)

As a PMO at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Support the coordination and administration of an international Industrial Data & BI transformation initiative.
• Work with the Program Manager and 20+ team members across five delivery streams in France, Romania and India.
• Maintain documentation, meeting minutes and action logs in Confluence, following up on deadlines and outstanding tasks.
• Prepare status updates and track progress, risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Maintain Jira Boards and backlogs, ensuring tickets are accurate, structured, assigned and prioritized.
• Coordinate backlog refinement and support capacity planning and workload tracking through Jira Plans.
• Monitor Tempo timesheets and validate eazyBI reports to ensure accurate effort and capacity reporting.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track impediments and follow up on retrospective actions.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination or Agile delivery, ideally with a Scrum Master component.
• Have strong Jira skills, including backlog administration, JQL, filters and dashboards.
• Bring experience in project administration, documentation, action tracking and reporting.
• Understand Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement and capacity planning.
• Are familiar with Tempo, eazyBI, Jira Plans and Confluence.
• Have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and experience coordinating international teams.
• Have at least B2 English and can confidently facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Take a structured, proactive approach to coordination and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Data & BI programs, industrial environments, Snowflake or Power BI is a plus.
