The Opportunity: 

As an Advisory Partner at ISTARI, you are more than a senior leader; you are a practice owner and a market maker. We are seeking world-class, entrepreneurial leaders to own the commercial success and strategic direction of our Advisory business, building ISTARI’s global presence and brand.

This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of cybersecurity, strategy, and innovation. You will work with Client Partners to build our most critical C-suite relationships and develop new markets. You will be at the forefront of our mission, setting the vision for how we build collective resilience and expand our unique ecosystem of clients, experts, and partners.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Strategic Ownership: Define and own the strategic vision, direction for our Advisory practice within your designated geography or industry. 
• Delivery Oversight: Accountability for delivery of advisory work with clients ensuring repeat business with long term trusted partnerships.
• Business Development: Architect and execute the business development strategy for your practice. You will own and cultivate our most critical client relationships along with Client Partners to secure major new business.
• Practice & People Development: As a highly visible global leader, you will be instrumental in defining our thought leadership agenda through white papers, webinars, and speaking engagements. You will be responsible for cultivating our leadership pipeline, directly sponsoring and developing our Principals and Directors.

What You'll Bring (Candidate Profile)

• A seasoned professional with ~20 years’ experience in cybersecurity advisory.
• A proven track record as a "rainmaker" with extensive experience developing new business and owning executive-level client relationships.
• An acknowledged industry thought leader with a public profile and a passion for shaping the conversation around cybersecurity and resilience.
• Demonstrable experience driving the commercial success of a practice or business unit.
• A natural ability to lead, mentor, sponsor and inspire, acting as a role model for ISTARI’s culture and collaborative team environment.

How We Measure Success (KPIs) 

• Achieving and exceeding practice revenue and profitability targets.
• Independently securing new clients and developing new markets for the firm.
• Overseeing the delivery of world-class advisory work, reflected in exceptional client satisfaction.
• Setting the agenda for and delivering high-impact thought leadership initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits Structure

• Base Salary: A competitive base salary, benchmarked against industry practice in our hub locations. 
• Annual Bonus: An on-target annual bonus of 50% of your base salary.
• Benefits: A comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including medical and dental cover, pension contributions, and life insurance.
