(Junior) Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)
Mission Brief
Support the Marketing & Events Manager in developing and delivering innovative marketing and event solutions for various target audiences to drive company impact.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Support the planning and execution of a wide variety of events including internal, external, conferences, leadership appearances, launches, and stakeholder visits, and leveraging them to maximize their impact
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure events run efficiently and cost effectively
- Support with marketing campaigns, CRM, and general customer communication
- Manage and maintain budgets, negotiating contracts and fees with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain and leverage an internal customer database to streamline processes
- Support with launch events, preparations and visitors
- Leverage events and visits for social media and email campaigns to maximize event exposure in alignment with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and produce promotional material and support with updating and developing the Isar Online Shop
- Follow latest industry trends and provide recommendations and ideas for future initiatives
- Coordinate and deliver regular post-event retros and provide best practice learnings for future events and marketing topics
- Support the Chief Commercial Officer with specific client and event tasks as necessary.
Qualification Checklist
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or event management
- A hands-on, “let’s make it happen” attitude - you don’t wait, you act
- The ability to prioritize, stay focused, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- A natural interest in marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken), with a valid German driver’s license
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
- A marketing degree or equivalent qualification
