Chief of Staff to the CCO (m/f/d)

Mission Brief 

As Chief of Staff to the CCO, you will be a trusted strategic partner and operational force multiplier. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive alignment, streamline decision-making, and support the scaling of commercial and cross-functional initiatives.

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

  • Provide direct support to the CCO in daily operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop high-impact materials for executive decision-making, board meetings, and shareholder communications.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Act as a thought partner in ideation sessions, helping shape strategic direction and commercial initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership and teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and follow-through.
  • Drive process optimization and automation to prepare the organization for scale.
  • Organize and prepare weekly C-level meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to support strategic decisions and synthesize findings into actionable plans.

Qualification Checklist 

 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Legal Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or high-level Operations role.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, German and/or other languages a plus.
