About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented KYC Analyst to support and coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) processes across a number of corporate entities operating across different businesses and jurisdictions, including Cayman fund structures.
This is a role with significant exposure to multi-jurisdictional entities and fund structures, offering strong opportunities for professional development and progression within the business. The successful individual will work closely with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure timely and efficient completion of KYC requirements.
Responsibilities:
KYC Coordination & Documentation
- Own and manage the end-to-end KYC onboarding and periodic review process for all group corporate entities and funds.
- Prepare and maintain KYC due diligence packs for all group entities, extending coverage to all fund vehicles across the business.
- Respond to third-party AML/KYC due diligence requests on group entities and fund structures in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure KYC documentation is complete, accurate, and centrally maintained.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding KYC requirements.
- Liaise with banks, administrators, corporate service providers, and other external counterparties.
- Follow up proactively to ensure documentation is received within required timeframes.
Tracking, Reporting & Escalation
- Maintain KYC trackers and status reports.
- Monitor and manage the KYC Inbox.
- Escalate any issues, delays, or risk flags to the relevant senior team member in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years’ experience in KYC, compliance, onboarding, financial services, or a similar administrative/coordination role.
- Strong academic background preferred.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
