The Role
We are looking for an Analyst to join the Procurement Team at iSAM with a focus on market data. It is an exciting time to join iSAM, having enjoyed significant growth in the last number of years we are expanding the remit of the Procurement Team to cover all areas of Market Data, IT and Infrastructure. At iSAM, the Procurement Team is a competitive advantage for our Vector, Securities and Helix business lines. Working closely with stakeholders and partnering with iSAM’s Legal, Finance and Infrastructure teams is key to that success. The successful candidate will require a tenacious and enquiring nature to support the Head of Procurement to develop and implement a best-in-class procurement function at iSAM.
• Commercial and contractual negotiations with market data vendors
• Source new market data and services, building relationships with established and emerging providers
• Manage the procurement inventories to ensure all contract end dates are managed
• Manage the spend analysis and cost allocations
• Liaising with market data vendors to ensure ongoing market data compliance and effective market data licensing
• Maintaining our partner relationships
• Administrate invoice approvals via NetSuite
