Job Description

 

We're looking for a talented and motivated JavaScript developer to join our dynamic team. You'll be working on innovative projects and collaborating with technology experts to develop IoT monitoring solutions.

 

Desired Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field + minimum 2 years of experience
• Methodical
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and French

 

Desired Skills

• JavaScript Developer (3 years of experience)
• Experience in projects with API requests (Python / Javascript)
• Experience in projects with Node-RED
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Respect and monitoring of the processes in place (deadlines, quality of deliverables, etc.)

 

Would be a plus

• Knowledge of industrial protocol: Modbus
• SSH
• MQTT

 

With the support of the Tech Lead and under the responsibility of the Delivery Manager you:

• Participate in client meetings
• Configuration/integration of sensors/gateways (Lora, SigFox, MQTT, Http, etc.)
• Implementation/debugging of decoders (JavaScripts)
• Creation of scripts (JavaScripts/Python) with API requests for interfacing with other information systems
• Creation of embedded Python scripts for specific projects (e.g., connection to a machine via serial port or other).
