Software Engineer Working Student for Network Provisioning team (hybrid)

About the team:

Network Provisioning Team is responsible for orchestrating the user requests coming to IONOS Cloud for network interface cards, ip address management, virtual network functions and many others.

Our team has 6 developers, one product owner, one team lead and one QA, various people with strong knowledge and experience, with good communication skills and happy to onboard new colleagues.

About the Working Student program:

This program is intended for students (currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program) who want to gain experience, following what they learned in a specialized faculty, in order to become IT specialists. 

Main responsibilities:

You will learn and work with REST APIs, Java enterprise, even with GoLang, Maven, Postgres, Github, Jira, Helm, ArgoCD, K8s  and many other tools and frameworks. There is no Frontend, only Backend. 

You will have the chance to observe and contribute to a continuous evolving product with many micro services and a half-way monolith.
