About the team:

While beeing part of our Romanian development unit, this Working Student position will focus completly on our Smart Marketing Team in Germany.

The Smart Marketing Team drives the personalization and data activation efforts for over 43 million users, creating engaging, data-driven marketing campaigns and customer experiences. Together, we explore how data, technology, and creativity can work hand in hand to deliver smarter marketing solutions.

About the Working Student program:

This program is intended for students (currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program) who want to gain experience, following what they learned in a specialized faculty, in order to become IT specialists. 

Main responsibilities:

• Learn about our company’s marketing platforms, customer data ecosystem, and campaign systems;
• Support the Smart Marketing Team in identifying, evaluating, and implementing data use cases to enhance customer engagement along the user journey;
• Assist in data analysis using tools such as Tableau or SQL to improve targeting and campaign performance;
• Contribute ideas and insights to the development of new marketing automation and personalization approaches.

We appreciate:

• Currently studying Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for data-driven marketing;
• At least Basic understanding of SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools;
• Advanced level in English (both written and spoken);
• Highly motivated, self-driven and interested in Software Engineering;
• Good communication skills and a great team player.

Would be a plus:

• Previous experience (internship or academic project) in online marketing, business intelligence or analyics
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or data visualization tools.
• Curiosity for exploring how data and creativity combine to shape user experiences.
