Working Student (f/m/d) Customer Support

We're looking for a motivated and organized student to join our team as a Customer Support.

Tasks

• Assist with data entry and documentation.
• Provide support to our customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Document knowledge and solutions in our systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of IT service management principles.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with data analysis or programming languages (e.g. Python, Java).
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken).
