Working Student (f/m/d) - Customer Research Management

Tasks

• Together with the Customer Research Management Team, you will conduct customer satisfaction analyses
• You will support the team in creating company-wide reports
• You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the following areas and take on independent tasks as an integral part of the team: assisting with customer interviews or focus groups, questionnaire programming, data analysis and result preparation, text mining techniques, assisting with the implementation and analysis of personal and remote usability tests
• You will work on projects in our team and have the opportunity to take on your own sub-projects independently

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Humanities/Social Sciences, Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
• You are familiar with the fundamentals of market research and data analysis from your studies or from early practical projects.
• You have an analytical mindset and basic knowledge of statistical and analytical software such as R, SPSS, or similar tools.
• You possess excellent German and English language skills.
• You work reliably, carefully, and independently, and you are a strong team player.
