We are seeking a Release & Deployment Manager to join our team, working alongside operational teams to ensure releases are executed flawlessly and according to international best practices.

Tasks

• Implement and enhance release and deployment processes, aligning them with IONOS’s security standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee releases in close collaboration with operational divisions, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
• Manage release quality by introducing and overseeing robust testing and approval processes.
• Improve the release process with continuous optimization efforts to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee release schedules and ensure that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure that releases are in line with the strategic goals of IONOS Cloud and align with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in release and deployment management, with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Strong background in quality assurance and implementing effective testing strategies for software releases.
• Experience with coordinating software releases and deployments within a technical organization.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating across functional and international teams.
• Experience with security processes related to software deployment is highly desirable.
• You are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous process improvement.
