  • Preparation of all employment contract documents such as employment contracts, references and contract supplements.
  • Preparation of payroll accounting for our external service provider.
  • Taking over/working on current topics and projects.
  • Independent monitoring of current dates and deadlines in the entire HR environment.
  • Optimisation and further development of internal processes.
  • Responsibility for creating and maintaining our employees' digital personnel files.
  • Certification and reporting (as well as correspondence with authorities, health insurance funds and social security organisations)


Qualifications

  • The cornerstone of your success is a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration.
  • In addition, you have already gained initial professional experience in HR, payroll accounting or a comparable position. Are you a real team player and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
  • You have very good knowledge of administration, ideally in the HR area as well as payroll tax and social security law.
  • You have a good working knowledge of all MS Office products and have some experience of working with SAP (Success Factors).
  • An independent and careful way of working in combination with a hands-on mentality is a matter of course for you.
  • You are reliable, solution-orientated and an absolute team player.
  • In addition to a very good command of German, you also have a good command of written and spoken English.
