As a Business Engineer with a focus on Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), would you like to play a key role in driving forward our company-wide data strategy? Then you've come to the right place! With your specialist knowledge, you will support the specialist departments in the targeted derivation of requirements and take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects. Through your commitment, you can ensure that even better data-driven decisions are made in the company in the future or that processes are optimized with the help of AI products and processes. In the future, you will also be responsible for the long-term success of our products through ownership. 

Tasks

• Advising business partners on AI issues and responsibility for implementation in development 
• Recording and evaluating the technical requirements (requirements engineering)
• Converting requirements into technically feasible concepts
• Management of an interdisciplinary team for implementation
• Continuous evaluation of new technologies and best practices to improve and optimize processes within the team

Qualifications

For this exciting job, you have a degree in business informatics or tech. Business Administration or a comparable education. The following points are also part of your personality or part of your professional career to date.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering or IT project management - preferably in the BI or AI environment.
• Cloud, data warehouse concepts, classic business intelligence and ideally big data & analytics platforms, especially in the context of AI, are not foreign to you.
• You have already had in-depth contact with classic and agile project frameworks and agile ways of thinking in the past and can convey and exemplify the corresponding mindset.
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex contexts in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
• You have a high technical affinity, and a strong hands-on mentality and English is no problem for you in your day-to-day work.
