Software QA Lead

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing/quality assurance 
• Have good communication and leadership skills
• Have a good work ethic and ownership of works
• Have critical thinking and problem solver
• Have a growth mindset and go the extra mile
• Familiar/Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
• Familiar/Understanding of functional testing best practices and processes e.g. test case, regression test, smoke test, etc
• (Good to have) Familiar/Understanding of automation tests, their tools, and framework e.g. Selenium, Katalon, etc
• (Good to have) Familiar/Understanding of non-functional testing best practices and processes e.g. load testing and performance test
• (Good to have) Familiar/Have experience in leading/mentoring fellow QA
