Retail Operations (Internship)

Overview

ION Mobility is seeking to hire Retail Operations (Internship) to join its passionate and rapidly growing team in Indonesia. The Retail Operations Team will sell the bike and meets dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Retail Operations is expected to make direct and significant contributions to ION Mobility’s consumer sales division and overall retail business success. The Retail Operations is responsible for prospecting, selling and following-up.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee satisfaction of customers (Determine each customer needs by asking question and listening).
• Consulting and guiding costumers to the appropriate next step of sales process.
• Demonstrate the bike by explaining characteristic , capabilities and features, taking test drive, comparing and contrasting competitive models, explaining warranty and services.
• Prepare sold bikes for prior to customer arrival. Deliver bikes to customers to ensure that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty and paperwork.
• Establish personal income goals which align with dealership standard of productivity, and launch a strategy to meet those goals.
• Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, apparel, etc., and how they benefit the customer.
• Attend sales briefings, meetings and training offered by the management.
• Utilize the CRM to prospect and to maintain repeat and referral business.
• Write complete sales orders and processes paperwork in line with dealership policies.
• Transition the customer to the service department to support the customer flow experience.
• Maintain professional personal appearance.
• Committed to consistency and reliable work schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver licence (SIM C).
• Ability to sell a minimum according to Company standards.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
• Willingness to be stationed at various retail location in Grater Jakarta as when required.
• Unbothered by occasional long and irregular hours on site due to in-store marketing event.
